These Yaks have come straight from a dairy in Nepal! They are made high up in the Nepalese Mountains and are air/smoke dried for 18-25 days before they are shipped for an amazing taste

These yak bars are 80-85% Yak Milk! The highest Yak Milk bars on the market!

80-85% Yaks Milk, 10-15% Cows Milk, 1% Salt, 1% Lime

Protein 57.2%, Moisture 8.6%, Fat 10%

Storage - No direct sunlight, room teperature. Do not put in plastic airlock containers due to being a dairy product, they can produce condensation if sealed. Always supervise while eating and ensure fresh water is available. All flavourings are from natural fruit juices/colourants. Produced in Nepal to UK Food Standards.
